The Chief Instructor Master Paul Timms, holds a 5th Dan Kukkiwon certificate  and 6th Dan Chungdokwan certificate and is fully insured. He holds a current and clear full police CRB check.

He has been training for over 30 years, starting in Kent under Master Richard Fowler. When he moved abroad with the forces he then trained under no less than 4 Korean Masters including Grandmaster Pyo in Berlin and during that time, represented the armed forces in the UK and abroad achieving high success in contact fights and poomsae competitons.

He still trains with these masters and arranges international trips abroad to Germany and South Korea so his students can also benefit from their knowledge.

 

He has taught the civil police Arrest and Restraint as well as residential care staff in Control and Restraint.

Owner of Woodhall spa Taekwondo, due to multiple venues was forced to name change to a name that includes all venues.. SPARTANS

 

Paul is a well respected award winning International referee as well as a coach.   Actively encouraging his students to take up Sport Taekwondo as well as traditional style.

Paul is also a trainer for British Taekwondo, training Taekwondo instructors nationwide. Often working with team GB
